Aaron graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio with a B.S. in Communications. He brings strong experience from the food and beverage industry to Botrista—experience that shaped his professional mindset early on.
“In my previous roles, I was like a sponge,” Aaron says. “I soaked up valuable information and learned from some of the most seasoned professionals in the industry.”
Discovering Botrista
Aaron first learned about Botrista through LinkedIn. After researching the company and the DrinkBot platform, he immediately recognized the opportunity.
“I knew there was nothing quite like this on the market,” he says. “It’s going to catch like wildfire!”
What Aaron Loves About Botrista
So far, Aaron’s favorite part of working at Botrista is the company’s drive to succeed.
“I have never been at a company where meetings include dedicated time for thought,” he shares. “Innovative ideas are openly discussed and productively challenged. I also appreciate that our leaders are accessible and fully focused on team goals. It’s refreshing to see everyone roll up their sleeves and support in any way possible.”
Life Outside of Work
Outside of work, Aaron enjoys staying active. He spends much of his free time lifting weights or enjoying the outdoors. “Lifting weights is a big part of my lifestyle… and fishing is my favorite hobby.”
Family is central to Aaron’s life. He cherishes his time with his wife and two children.
“My wife is always so supportive, and my children are my motivation.”
What Guides Him
When asked what he lives by, Aaron points to two core pillars: faith and family.
“Two things that have helped me through hard times are my faith in God and my family,” he says. He attributes his foundation to the sacrifices and resilience of previous generations.
His maternal grandparents immigrated to the U.S. from Mexico in the 1960s.
His paternal grandparents met while picking cotton as sharecroppers in Oklahoma.
His father instilled discipline.
His mother modeled unwavering work ethic.
“My parents and grandparents endured so much to give me the opportunity to achieve anything,” Aaron says. “I pay homage to them, and I am forever grateful. No matter how old I get, I just want to make them proud.”
